How should I prepare for the appointment?⤵

Please bring the following to your appointment:

1) Photo ID: A valid driver’s license or passport.

2) Preferred pharmacy information

3) List of Current Medications

4) Previous treatment Information regarding your skin concerns

5) Patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian

Arrival: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Check-In: We provide an iPad for you to complete your patient registration and sign the necessary forms.

If you have filled out the forms in advance via the patient portal, we will confirm that the documents are complete.

Appointment time: Dr. Dinh will focus on your main skin concerns and collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan. To maximize the effectiveness of your consultation, please bring any previous photos of your skin condition and information about past treatments. Some procedures may be performed on the same day, depending on your treatment plan.

If your procedure appointment involves numbing medication, we will provide specific arrival instructions in advance to ensure the medication has sufficient time to take effect before the procedure.

Check-Out: At the end of your appointment, we'll assist you in scheduling any required follow-up or procedure appointments. Feel free to explore the skincare products displayed in the lobby and learn more about the options we offer to our patients.

Do you take medical insurance?⤵

We do not accept any medical insurance benefits

If Dr. Dinh recommends a skin biopsy, our office offers a cost-effective fee-for-service option to have the procedure performed on-site. Please be aware that an additional fee will be charged by the laboratory service for processing the biopsy.

What is your cancellation policy⤵

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 business hours’ notice for regular appointments or cosmetic procedures. For example, if your regular appointment is on Monday at 10 AM, we would appreciate your notification by the previous Friday before 10 AM.

Please be aware that a $50 fee will apply for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 business hours’ notice for regular appointments. For cosmetic procedures, a $100 fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Credit card on file policy⤵

A credit card is required to secure your appointment, but it will only be charged if you fail to respond to our confirmation requests or do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, as stated in our cancellation policy.

I’m pregnant or breastfeeding, can I still book an appointment?⤵

Yes, you can schedule an appointment while pregnant or breastfeeding. Dr. Dinh has extensive experience in managing skin-related concerns during pregnancy and postpartum. She will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and stage of pregnancy or postpartum.
